it’s not a coincidence that i don’t have an official recipe for fried rice when it’s the dish i make most. it’s all about taste testing and adding as you go. butttt i know a lot of folks who have a hard time measuring with eyes so i tracked my ingred

What you need

carrot

garlic

egg

broccoli

italian sausage

1 italian sausage

jasmine rice

2 ½ cup jasmine rice

soy sauce

3 tbsp soy sauce

sesame oil

1 tbsp sesame oil

oyster sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

seasoning

1 tbsp seasoning

sriracha sauce

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

Instructions

cooking instructions:
1. add avo oil to your pan and cook the white onion, carrot, and garlic until softened and fragrant
2. add 2 eggs and let that solidify in the middle. try not to mix the egg with all of your other ingredients until it’s pretty cooked though
3. slowly add your ingredients in this order: broccoli, lap cheong sausage, and rice. cook this all together for 3 minutes and mix well
4. add your sauces: soy, sesame, oyster, maggi, and zhong
5. sprinkle with scallions and enjoy!
